Your first visit

What to expect when you come in.

A doctor's referral is not required. Here's what happens at your first appointment.

Intake form

You'll fill in an intake form outlining your health problems, family history and any medication you're taking.

Assessment

Your feet will then be assessed, and you can talk about any problems you're experiencing.

Treatment, with your consent

Treatment is then provided based on your needs, with your consent.

Coverage: chiropody is not covered by OHIP, but it may be covered by your extended health insurance plan.

Custom orthotics: please bring the shoes you plan on wearing them in and any previously worn orthotics.
